FREE Sanitary Napkin Distribution Program

Reports say, more than 84% of women don't use medically approved female hygiene products during period or menstruation in Bangladesh. Because of unhygienic strategies, women face many diseases even cancer. Till this day, this matter has been a subject of taboo to a huge portion of the population. Furthermore, some are not eligible to bear the expenses for this purpose and Rohingya women are the most vulnerable. So, Basmah intends to work to make women aware of following hygienic practices during the period.

In this phase, Basmah is distributing almost 50 thousand sanitary Napkin free of cost to garment workers, adolescent School girls and vulnerable women in Bangladeshi local & Rohingya Refugee Camp.
